INTRODUCING MOON & QUILL’S 1:1 PERSONALIZED YOGA PRACTICE - A YOGA AND MOVEMENT PRACTICE DESIGNED WITH YOUR BODY AND PREFERENCES IN MIND

We’ll work together to assess your goals, your likes and dislikes, as well as time constraints and any physical or emotional issues that keep you from moving your body.

- Are you a mindful mover or do you crave a sweat sesh?

- Do you have 10 minute intervals throughout the day or are you able to devote a full hour to yoga or functional movement?

- SI joint killing you or does an old knee injury keep you from feeling confident in the way your move?

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

step one:

Yoga poses and movement practices will be discussed in a Discovery Call to determine the best fit for you.

step two:

Give me a week to build a personalized practice and then we’ll meet again to take the poses for a spin, make any adjustments, and then practice - together!

step three:

I’ll record the session so nothing is left to memory. You’ll have a full yoga and/or movement practice that you can follow along with any time you want.

I’ll email you a questionnaire that we’ll discuss together on a 1:1 Zoom Discovery call.

In this session, we’ll talk about any mobility issues or personal preferences. This call will be no longer than one hour.

Within 7-10 days, we will meet again via zoom - this time to move through your personalized practice together.

This session is 90 minutes long and designed to troubleshoot the poses and postures in your personalized class.

Once we’ve finalized your personalized class - I will re record the entire movement sequence and send you a polished version that you can use to follow along.

in order to give you my undivided attention, I only work with 2 clients each month.

I take pride in my ability to connect embodied movement with a deeper emotional component and that takes time. Each person I work with, every class I design, contains specific poses, meditation themes, and breath work that are unique to the student.
