When we find ourselves in a season of loss or longing, it can be helpful to create space - to make room - for our grief. This class helps us find physical space through accessible yoga asana (poses). Various breathing patterns are explored as a way to calm the nervous system. Taken together, our breath and our movement allow us to access a sense of expansion - so our grief has somewhere to settle - while we sink into the comfort of a grounding practice. Yoga blocks are suggested by not necessary.
